investing. This entails finding homes that are about to be foreclosed and
negotiating with banks to purchase the mortgage at a cost below value. This is a
winning situation for everyone involved. The homeowner walks away debt free without
a foreclosure on their credit report, the bank is able to collect money from the
mortgage rather than have the property sit vacant.
Most of all, the investors gets a property which is ready to be sold or rented, for
a wholesale price. These homes often have equity which means an instant profit for
the investor.
